Summary
Wayne is a Chartered Engineer who, over his 18-year professional career, has a proven record of service delivery: analysing faults and conducting air, safety, mechanical and material failure investigations along with fire, explosion and engineering incidents. This includes but is not limited to incidents involving building, vehicle and plant fires, explosions, mechanical engineering incidents (including escapes of water, oil and gas) and metallurgical investigations.
Wayne specialises in low ordinance explosives, pyrotechnics and gas explosions, power generation and renewables. He is a seasoned engineering manager and qualified project manager with a strong record of cost-effective engineering project completion. He has been an internal auditor and a peer reviewer of QMS processes for former organisations.
He also provides independent expert opinion in compliance with regulatory requirements and the Civil Procedure Rules for the insurance and legal professions. He has obtained a Bond Solon Civil Expert Certificate from Cardiff University Law School and is also a Member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology, a Member of the Institute of Explosives Engineers, a Member of the Association for Project Management and a Member of the UK Association of Fire Investigators.
