Vincent has over 40 years of combined quantity surveying and engineering experience within the construction industry. He initially trained as a mechanical and electrical engineer with a firm of specialist consultants and later joined consultants and contractors working across the whole project life cycle, from inception to completion, handover, and operation.

Vincent is a specialist in complex mechanical and electrical quantum matters, having been appointed an expert witness in both quantum and technical mechanical and electrical disputes. He has given a quantum opinion on operational costs and revenue losses in energy generation disputes.

Combining the skills of an engineer with those of a quantity surveyor, he has been a Fellow of the RICS since 2014 and remains a member of the Institute of Engineers as an incorporated engineer. He recently became a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and holds an MSc in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution from King’s College London.

Vincent has been appointed as a quantum and technical expert in high court litigation and international arbitration on matters of professional negligence and claims.
