Tim Baillie is a chartered civil engineer with over 15 years’ of practical experience gained in the delivery of major construction and infrastructure projects, most recently as a project director.
He has extensive knowledge of the design, procurement, offsite manufacturing, construction, quality assurance/control, testing and commissioning processes, allowing him to simplify complex projects.
Tim has been appointed as an independent expert witness on construction management, project management and delay matters in conciliation, adjudication, arbitration, and litigation.
