Eman has specialised in dispute resolution, claims management and avoidance, in construction and engineering projects. She analyses delays to projects in dispute as a programming/delay expert. She is a qualified Civil Engineer, an experienced planning and project controls engineer, delay and quantum analyst and Expert Witness and has worked across a wide range of sectors both in the UK and internationally.
Her expertise is in forensic delay analysis, quantum, and strategic and project planning and management. She regularly gets appointed as an Expert Witness on matters of Construction delays, disruption and inefficiency providing testimony in proceedings. Sector experience includes civil and infrastructure, energy, oil and gas, marines, defense, and building sector – (residential, commercial and mixed use), including working in both the public and private sectors.
