He has acted as a delay analysis expert in a number of ad-hoc arbitrations, litigations, DABs, and expert determinations, and has managed and delivered as planned versus as built delay analyses for a number of complex giga projects in the region, including Energy, Entertainment Parks, Aviation, High-Rise Buildings.
Khalid specialises in claims preparation and defense, expert determination, Dispute Adjudication Boards (DABs), planning and delay analysis, contract administration, project monitoring reviews, programme preparation and analysis, productivity measures, disruption, extensions of time and ascertaining due entitlement.
He has extensive market knowledge of GCC and the Middle East specifically KSA, UAE, Kuwait, Oman and Egypt, working for clients, statutory bodies, engineering, contractors, and various components of the construction supply chain.
