Vincent has deep domain knowledge and experience spanning a multitude of sectors including Commercial, Data Centres, Life Sciences, Healthcare, High-Tech Industrial, Hospitality, Education, Residential, Retail, Transportation and Infrastructure, Energy and Power.
Detailed knowledge of SCADA & BMS, Mechanical and Electrical Systems, Biomass and Gas Plants, IT Infrastructure – HV/MV/LV Electrical System, IT Networks, HVAC, Pharma Process systems, CCTV and access control, CHP Plant, subsea and low latency fibre networks. Most recently giving dispute advice on technical matters in relation to a site selection for a hyperscale data centre developer.
His quantum claims experience includes those relating to professional negligence claims for damages, additional payment for variations, re-measurement, disruption, prolongation, site selection and increased costs. Expertise includes issues such as changes in productivity norms, valuation of disruption, formation of GMP target cost models, preliminaries thickening, head office overheads, site overheads, and most recently on operational costs (OPEX) disputes.
Has been cross-examined by counsel in domestic arbitration. He has been tested on expert opinion in Chambers pre-trial on numerous occasions with the matter to later settle before trial.
