Biography

Jane was appointed Non-Executive Director of Diales Group plc on 24th November 2025.

Jane has an MBA from The London Business School and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG

Jane has worked for much of her executive career in the financial services industry, in corporate finance, investment management and secured lending. Jane has worked as CEO and CFO for several SME’s, 2 of which were AIM listed companies.

Since 2018 Jane has served as a Non-Executive Director in corporate, mutual and not for profit businesses and brings with her considerable experience of working in people-centric organisations. Jane is currently a Non-Executive Director and Chair of Risk at Teachers Building Society and a Non-Executive Director and Chair of ARCC at Foresters Friendly Society.
