Paul is a forensic planning and project management services expert. He has been actively involved in construction planning and project management for more than 35 years, with the last 15 years spent providing expert advice and consultancy in forensic planning and project management.
Paul has provided expert opinion in forensic planning and project management negligence matters in adjudication, arbitration and litigation and has testified in the UK TCC (litigation), in Poland (litigation), in Dubai (DIAC Arbitrations) and virtually in Israel (ICC) as both a forensic planning expert and a project management expert. He also provides independent third party reviews on behalf of major infrastructure providers to highlight and address commercial, contractual or programme risk prior to full commercial commitment.
Paul’s experience spans a multitude of sectors, including luxury hotel development, retail, commercial, complex construction and refurbishment, major infrastructure, power, renewable energy, oil and gas plant, education, health and defence (nuclear). He has international experience in the United Kingdom, Europe, Africa, Latin America and the Middle East.
