Mukul is a programming and Delay Expert with a Project Controls and Planning background who also oversees the Asia Pacific region. He has undertaken multiple appointments where he has performed several forms of delay analysis under varying contexts and successfully assisted in delay and disruption claims administration and dispute resolution.
Mukul has worked directly for contractors and owners, as well as under instructions from lawyers. Mukul is a specialist in communicating technical information to a non-technical audience and undertook a thesis on the importance of this skill.
He has significant experience in the resources and infrastructure sectors with notable achievements including leading the planning of a multi-award-winning A$10bn mining project which never required a rebaseline and leading the planning of major construction projects that were delivered in record breaking time. Having implemented and maintained industry best practice standards in his work that led to successful delivery of projects, Mukul is also a strong advocate of dispute avoidance.
