Gabriel is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Quantum Expert Witness with over 14 years’ experience in the construction and engineering sectors across Europe, UK and the Americas. His background includes commercial management, contract administration and cost control across infrastructure, energy and building projects.
His experience on both contractor and employer sides has provided him with a balanced understanding of project delivery, risk allocation and dispute causation.
He has prepared quantum analyses and expert reports for international disputes under the rules of ICC, CIAM and UNCITRAL. Gabriel has provided expert evidence in arbitration and court proceedings, including cross-examination, and is experienced in presenting complex quantum matters clearly and objectively.
Gabriel holds a BSc in Building Engineering and an LLM in International Construction Contracts. He is a member of RICS and works in both English and Spanish.
