Nicholas was appointed Non-Executive Chairman of Diales Group plc on 1st September 2025.He graduated in physics at University College London (UCL) and joined Thomson McLintock, now KPMG, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant. He has worked in people businesses at a senior level (Chairman or Chief Executive) for all of his professional career, this includes Lambert Smith Hampton PLC (a property consulting business), W S Atkins International PLC (A consulting engineering business), Teather & Greenwood Holdings PLC (a stockbroker and investment bank) and Management Consulting Group PLC (a global consulting business). With his experience as a non-executive director and chair of a range of listed and private companies, Nicholas brings exceptional expertise to Diales from a career leading international people businesses in sectors and disciplines relevant to the Group. Nicholas’ professional and sectoral experience spans financial and legal services, management consulting, commercial property and aviation.He is currently Non-Executive Chairman of Redhill Aerodrome Ltd and advisor to Wedlake Bell LLP.
