We all face uncertain times as the disruption caused by the COVID-19 coronavirus outbreak continues to escalate. Please be assured that we have been monitoring and managing the situation closely, since the beginning of this global outbreak, to protect the health and safety of our people, their families, and our clients.

We are confident that we are taking all necessary measures to protect our people and continue to provide a robust and reliable platform to efficiently service all our clients’ needs. Our secure technology and IT systems allow our people to work remotely without interruption to their day-to-day activities or ability to provide support to clients. Our people can be contacted by landline, mobile, or email in the usual way.

Office safety remains a critical priority so that necessary meetings can proceed. We are recommending that our people use Skype or other online meeting facilities wherever possible.

We hope that your teams and families remain safe and healthy during this time and our thoughts are with those affected by coronavirus.
