On 23 January 2019, in collaboration with the Indian Institute of Quantity Surveyors and Bin Nakhira & Partners, Christian Merrett and Stephen Osuhor from Driver Trett's Dubai office spoke about acceleration claims; their respective contractual mechanisms, how to claim entitlements, and amongst other topics, assessing an acceleration claim.
