Diales welcomes David Merritt to it’s team of experts

Diales are delighted to announce and welcome David Merritt to our team of experts.

David is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Chartered Civil Engineering Surveyor with over 35 years’ industry experience. He joins our team in the Middle East, and will be based in our Dubai office.
