John has over 30 years planning and forensic delay experience in the heavy industrial sectors including oil and gas, LNG, power, and petrochemical. He has also been involved with complex projects in the aerospace, aviation, infrastructure, government defence, leisure and commercial sectors.
John’s strong planning and controls background has allowed for development of specialist expertise in delay and disruption analysis, schedule and cost risk analysis, and damages analysis on complex projects. He has been appointed as an expert witness on numerous disputes and has been cross examined.
John provides consultancy advice to project owners, contractors and their legal counsel to assist in managing the risks of change, delay and disruption to construction contracts on complex projects.
John also has advanced knowledge in Primavera P6, Primavera Risk Analysis, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel and Access, Acumen Fuse and Nuix eDiscovery software.
